I completely downloaded GW2 on Steam -> wanted GW2 with the Launcher of Anet, the Non-Steam-version. Started the Non-Steam Download, stopped it a second after starting. Put all the GW2 data from steam-folder into Anet/non-steam directory. Started launcher -> Ready to play. So, it should work the other way around.
beginning my game from steam or vanilla launcher. Hello everyone, hope everyone's doing well. I'm a newcomer in the MMORPG/ORPG genre and among all of these games, GW2 really got my attention. Reading a little bit about it, I discovered that in a couple of days it will receive a steam version and I was undecided about which version should I play.
GW2 file too big while downloading. I have an issue while installing the game. I know it currently weighs about 48GB when fully installed. However, during the download it appears that the file size is much larger. I have 75GB available on my main drive and when it reaches 78% download it always says that it needs at least 20 more gigs to finish
I already have the 32-bit client; will I have to completely download the game again? No. The 64-bit client uses the same data as the 32-bit client. If you already have the game installed, you can follow these instructions to avoid needing to reinstall the game: Download the 64-bit client. Copy the downloaded program into your Guild Wars 2 game
