2011 Jeep GC POWER seat problem!!! So i got into my jeep the other day and adjusted the seat backwards and the issue started. theirs a screw rod with phelp inside a black plastic that goes from the Motor to the trac that controls forward and back motions. The screw in one side is squared and tapperd. the other side got all messed up .

The seats flip forward with a push of a lever at the bottom of the seat back. Before you yank the seat out be sure to disconnect the seat belt buzzer connector under the Drivers seat.
