Like the others said, they have almost no differences. Although Fiat offered an Urbana package on their later years with some nice unique wheels if you can find them, and replaced all Fiat logos on the Abarth Spider with Abarth logos in the US market. The Abarths outside the US were already completely Abarth badged from the start.
I've been going over as many images as I can find to answer this but is the only physical difference between the Abarth rear suspension the mounts for the anti-sway bar? I know the springs and struts are different but they're bolt on parts. In terms of real physical difference, are the anti-sway bar mounts it?
