Go to Settings > General Reset. Tap Reset All Settings. Although this won't erase content on your device, you'll have to reset WiFi settings and sign in to iCloud again along with other custom settings. So as I was used to open iphone many times while repairing screen etc according to ifixit - I opened it and cable from rear camera was loosened a bit and that was it ! try it.. it works fine again.. even if I made downgrade to 9.3.5 haha I might keep it from 10.0.2, which is crap, but cannot put the backup back in :/ because it was created in newer version of ios :/ Good luck guys.
